Sicurcond VR offers an immersive virtual reality environment designed to showcase Sicurcond’s products and services to potential clients while simultaneously training Sicurcond’s specialized technicians in certified installation procedures. In a dynamic setting, it engages, educates, and trains, reinforcing Sicurcond’s position as a leader in solving water infiltration issues in residential and condominium buildings.
Sicurcond aimed to identify and adopt innovative immersive technologies for two key purposes:

Sicurcond VR provides an immersive virtual space, designed with specific learning paths tailored to different audiences. Through gamification techniques, users can actively experience the benefits of Sicurcond’s proprietary technologies and application methods. The experience is driven by an innovative storytelling approach that highlights the company’s unique value proposition — its patented technology, precision in diagnosing water infiltration, and the proven effectiveness of its solutions.
At the same time, the experience delivers comprehensive technician training with a strong focus on safety — from the proper use of PPE to best practices for the safe installation of Sicurcond products.
The project
In collaboration with Sicurcond Srl, a market leader in water infiltration solutions for condominiums, an immersive VR space was developed, structured into realistic scenarios and accessible in two modes:
Tutorial Mode: Designed for hands-on training of in-house specialized technicians, allowing them to strengthen their skills through immersive, repeatable exercises.
Sicurcond Services Catalog: Targeted at condominium administrators, surveyors, and maintenance professionals, enabling them to explore Sicurcond’s patented technologies in an innovative, interactive, and immersive way. This space highlights the distinctive features of products like hydroactive resins and polyurea waterproofing systems, using storytelling and gamified dynamics.
The experience also allows users to gain a deep understanding of Sicurcond’s comprehensive service offering, renowned for precise problem diagnosis, tailored solutions, and the practical application of patented products—delivering definitive, long-lasting solutions against water infiltration in condominiums.
Inside the experience
By wearing the VR headset, users — whether potential clients or certified technicians — enter Sicurcond’s virtual environment. Through realistic simulations of water infiltration scenarios, they navigate critical real-life situations, experiencing the intervention phases and observing the effectiveness of Sicurcond’s application techniques.

About the design
Sicurcond VR delivers realistic interaction within a faithfully recreated technical environment. The user is not just a spectator but becomes the director of the action.
