The project
In collaboration with Sicurcond Srl, a market leader in water infiltration solutions for condominiums, an immersive VR space was developed, structured into realistic scenarios and accessible in two modes:
Tutorial Mode: Designed for hands-on training of in-house specialized technicians, allowing them to strengthen their skills through immersive, repeatable exercises.
Sicurcond Services Catalog: Targeted at condominium administrators, surveyors, and maintenance professionals, enabling them to explore Sicurcond’s patented technologies in an innovative, interactive, and immersive way. This space highlights the distinctive features of products like hydroactive resins and polyurea waterproofing systems, using storytelling and gamified dynamics.
The experience also allows users to gain a deep understanding of Sicurcond’s comprehensive service offering, renowned for precise problem diagnosis, tailored solutions, and the practical application of patented products—delivering definitive, long-lasting solutions against water infiltration in condominiums.
Inside the experience
By wearing the VR headset, users — whether potential clients or certified technicians — enter Sicurcond’s virtual environment. Through realistic simulations of water infiltration scenarios, they navigate critical real-life situations, experiencing the intervention phases and observing the effectiveness of Sicurcond’s application techniques.
Clients gain a clear understanding of the benefits of Sicurcond’s products and services, while technicians enhance their practical skills, receiving immediate and personalized feedback on the execution of each procedure.
About the design
Sicurcond VR delivers realistic interaction within a faithfully recreated technical environment. The user is not just a spectator but becomes the director of the action. Through an interactive console, they can freely navigate each phase of the intervention, managing every step of the product application process.
This freedom allows users to review details or dive deeper into specific moments, transforming the experience into a truly interactive journey where they gain direct and in-depth knowledge of the distinctive advantages of Sicurcond’s products and services.
