La soluzione

A platform for the digitalization of products and equipment in virtual reality, enabling engaging, quick, and effective communication while allowing users to explore functions and understand the benefits.

Il progetto

The "Getinge Showroom VR" project provides doctors with advanced digitalization of products and related processes, setting Getinge apart from the competition. Through immersive simulation, users can explore medical devices, such as operating tables, to test their functionality and analyze complex aspects, such as detailed component breakdowns or practical demonstrations of features, procedures, and troubleshooting of hypothetical issues.

This innovative approach facilitates learning, reduces resistance to change, enhances technical and commercial skills, and lowers traditional demo costs, enabling infinitely replicable training.

Inside the experience

By wearing the headset, users access a virtual platform that allows them to remotely explore tools and functionalities without the need for physical meetings. On the home screen, they can choose between different product experiences or follow an immersive guided procedure for configuring and using medical devices, such as operating tables.

Through preliminary training, which can also be repeated for educational purposes, doctors can deepen their understanding of operational procedures and grasp the complexity of medical devices. Simulating usage during the purchasing process builds confidence, eliminates learning-related anxiety, and facilitates the adoption of new technologies.

About the design

The Getinge Showroom VR experience offers realistic and functional interaction within a virtual medical environment, featuring equipment faithfully replicated to match reality. Through simulations and visual elements impossible to achieve in the real world, it allows users to gain deeper insights into the advantages of the technical and technological solutions integrated into each piece of equipment.
